Working to make a difference...
Established in 2001 Blue Lake Refrigerated Transport is a family owned and operated refrigeration transport business. In 2001 we started with three vehicles and five employees servicing the Naracoorte and surrounding area.
Today, we operate over 30 vehicles, with a warehouse and depots in Cavan and Mount Gambier servicing Adelaide, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, the South east and the Mid North.
Our wide-ranging fleet varies from Utes, Vans, and Rigids up to Prime Movers for local and regional delivery services. All our vehicles have real time GPS tracking and calibrated temperature controlled integrated technology.
At Blue Lake Refrigerated Transport we are determined to remove any obstacles to ensure schedules are not disrupted, product integrity is maintained along with the safety and security of our workers, fleet and our customer products.
Our Timeline
2001
Blue Lake Refrigerated Transport was established and operating from Albert Park servicing the Naracoorte and surrounding areas.
2006
Mount Gambier and surrounding areas included to the transport service offering. Relocated to larger premises in Gepps Cross.
2008
Mid North, Clare Valley and surrounding area included to the transport service offering.
2009
Covering towns from Adelaide to the South East including Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Tintinara, Keith, Coonawarra, Padthaway and Lucindale.
2010
Additional service added to Mount Gambier servicing
3 days a week.
2011-2013
South East coastal towns included to service offering.
Additional services added to Mount Gambier. Now servicing 6 days a week.
2014-2015
Fleurieu Peninsula, Lower South East and Adelaide local deliveries included in the transport service offering.
2016
Cold storage and warehousing included to service offering.
2018
Express service to Naracoorte, Robe and Mount Gambier included in the transport service offering.
2019 - Current
Outgrown Thomas Street Cavan and relocated to larger premises at 14 Diagonal Rd Cavan.
