Our Story

​

Our story began in 2001 with the merger of the Giglio siblings.  Vince and Melly established Blue Lake Refrigerated Transport with three trucks and five employee's servicing the Naracoorte and surrounding areas.

 

With a warehouse and depot in Cavan and Mount Gambier, we now service Adelaide,  Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula the South East and the Mid North.

Our wide-ranging fleet varies from Utes, Vans, and Rigid's up to Prime Movers and specialised trailers for local and regional delivery services. All our vehicles have real time GPS tracking and calibrated temperature controlled integrated technology. 

 

At Blue Lake Refrigerated Transport we are determined to remove any obstacles to ensure schedules are not disrupted, product integrity is maintained along with the safety and security of our workers, fleet and  our customer products.

We partner with many of the largest fast food companies in Australia, with regular consignments sent to major supermarket retailers and food service channels across South Australia.
